About us
Built by engineers who have commissioned plants, not just written proposals
Syntegrity Automation Limited is an industrial control systems and IIoT engineering company headquartered in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, delivering across India and internationally.
Our story
Syntegrity was founded on a simple observation: most plants don't fail because of the hardware they bought. They struggle because the control logic is undocumented, the SCADA is three versions behind, and the data that could fix it never leaves the panel.
We formed an engineering-first team around that gap — people who have stood in crusher houses, kiln control rooms, pump stations and packing halls, and who write code that the next engineer can read. Every project starts with the process, then the architecture, then the software.
Today we deliver PLC and SCADA engineering, instrumentation, OT-IT integration and IIoT platforms for clients across India and internationally in New Zealand, Australia and the Middle East — combining Indian engineering economics with the documentation and rigour international projects demand.
Our approach
- Process understanding before software
- Standards-based, documented engineering
- Vendor-neutral platform selection
- Risk-managed migration and cutover
- Data designed in, not bolted on
- Support that continues after handover
Core values
What we hold to
Safety
Functional safety and safe working practice are designed in from the first drawing — never retrofitted after handover.
Precision
Documented, standards-based engineering: consistent tag naming, traceable I/O, reviewed logic and tested loops.
Innovation
Open protocols, edge computing and modern data tooling applied where they create measurable plant value.
Reliability
Systems built to run unattended for years, with support relationships that outlast the commissioning report.
